There was evaluated rabbit's policlonal antibodies production against an antigenic extract arising from bovine hydatid cyst liquid, with E.I.T. assay (Western Blot). SPC_LH recognized the same antigenic epitopes identify by SPC_TA. Also was estudied the potential application of SPC_LH in Coproantigenic ELISA as a sensibilization substratum. With this purpose 50 fecal samples of dogs with or without infection were carried out by the implemented ELISA. It was determinated a technical sensibility of 64%, a specificity of 100%, PPV and NPV of 100% and 97,6%, respectively
