Brenner tumor is a rare neoplasia, accounting for 1-2% of ovarian cancer. Most of them are benign, but there are a small percentage of malignant Brenner tumors, including the case presented. This is a 41-year-old woman who presented an ovarian tumor. Definitive histological result showed a poorly differentiated carcinoma, with association of malignant Brenner tumor. Despite being diagnosed in early stages, this case stands out for its poor prognosis.
