We present our experience and the evolution of instrumental delivery during the last eleven years 1992-2002. With respect of maternal and fetal lesions evidence showed that spatulas or non articulated instrument of the general classification of forceps are significantly lower when compared to the articulated and fenestrated Kielland forceps. We propose its replacement at the Obstet-Gynecol departments. We also propose changing of cranial malar fetal application to facial malar grasp or prehension concept
