Pathophysiology of hiperinsulinism, cellular pathway involved, its most frequent clinical manifestations in obstetrics and gynecology, is viewed through the information collected in the literature. The objetive is to understand the links between this disorder and the patology mentioned above, in order to put into practice preventive and therapeutic conducts and to visualize a possible future therapies
