Herpes gestationis is an uncommon autoimmune disease seen in pregnant women. The condition involves mainly the skin, and results in bulous lesions with intense pruritus, which can sometimes be very difficult to deal with. We report 2 clinical cases which presented simultaneously at our Service, a surprising fact indeed, if we take into consideration the uncommon and peculiar character of this disease.
