This paper presents the process and results obtained from the application of an strategy for patrimonial education, carried out in the Great Island of Chiloé, the need for an archaeological past. It is proposed oriented to integrate the local community and the active participation of the community in the process of reconstruction and preservation of the post, in comparating their own traditional knowledgement
