The relationship between the sea surface temperature (SST) and seed-collection's yield of Argopecten purpuratus is analized in Bahía Inglesa, Chile (27°07'S-70°54'W). The SST of the collection area is estimated from NOAA's satellites data. An exponential regression model that relate the yield collection with the 3 months previous SST it deduced (R²=74%)
