Operations of metamorphosis for an existing house: to build a panoramic terrace over the roof, to position a room in cantilever over the entrance, to generate a meeting room with a view of the sea, to create a new connection with the canyon, to open regular windows, to unify the spaces by means of a ventilated skin. The organization of the original plan is almost completely maintained so that the spaces remain recognizable for the family. To support the weight of the new incorporated spaces two beams are added to the sides of the existing ones, tripling the resistance of each element of the roof.
