Within the rehabilitation of the Port Neighborhood, the recovery of this market high-rise typology buildingis crucial. The superimposition of floor plans connected by means of spiral stairways and elevators, lead the public spaces from the exterior, in the same way that occurs in Valparaiso from the flat sector towards the hills.
