The purpose of this article is to formulate, from the notion of intelectual networks, the contribution of Carlos Martínez Moreno to continental culture and to outline his work in the group "Marcha" of Montevideo. Its hypothesis is to sustain the view that Latin American cultural criticism finds a fundamental milestone in this group of intelectuals networks, (senssibility and mentality of an epoch) and a problematic searching with the contributions of English cultural criticism referring to Raymond Williams's 'structure of feeling'.
