Here, a reflection is made on the strategic narrative in the work Facundo: Barbarism or Civilization. His hypothesis refers to a text that plays on the borders between the novel and the essay, the purpose of which is to define the social change from its denunciation with respect to political violence in his times, acknowledging the aesthetic qualities that allow it to accede with a greater facitity to his sociological proposal.
