Genetics and morphological differences of immature stages of two races of hagoletis conversa (Bréthes) (Diptera: Tephritidae) associated to Solanum lants: geographic distribution and possible sympatric origin of a new species. The allozymic and morphological immature stages were described in two host races of Rhagoletis conversa (Bréthes) that live on Solanum plants. The genetics and morphology variation is bigger in this population associated to S.tomatillo that probably is the ancestral species. The host race associated to S.nigrum correspond to other specie of sympatric origin
