Background: Gastric duplication is an uncommon gastrointestinal tract malformation, that in some cases may produce symptoms related to its complications. Objective: To describe 2 cases of gastric duplication that were treated by laparoscopic surgery. Cases: The first one is a 9 month-old toddler with neurofibromatosis in which the abdominal study, performed due to abdominal pain, revealed a gastric cyst malformation; the second case is a neonate with vomits, abdominal pain and a palpable mass at physical examination, whose abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT) demonstrated a gastric duplication. Both were treated by laparoscopic sugery and had successfull evolution. Conclusion: Gastric duplication is an infrequent pathology that require surgical treatment. Laparoscopic via is an accurate and recommended treatment
