New derivatives of the system Au₂Pt[MTP]₄ (MTP=CH₂(S)P(C₆H₅)₂^-) with the general formula Au₂Pt[MTP]₄(PhZ)₂(Z=S, Se, Te) have been synthesized and characterized by ¹H,³¹P-NMR,IR, UV-VIS spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
