R. Muñoz, "marginal population theologian" and religious member of the Sacred Hearts, has been serving Christian communities in Chile, Argentina and other places of the world. He worked with various ecclesial entities and published twelve books. He has encouraged the communal reading of the Word that renews the Church and transforms society (through Biblical records). This paper emphasizes his methodological courage, the lights and shadows of his biblical material, his way of correlating the Revelation and human affairs, as well as difficulties and open questions.
