Originals. Contributions
to the journal should be double spaced on letter sized paper with
3 cm. margins on all sides in New Times Roman, 12 point. The following
information should be included: |

Specialty, institution to which the author
belongs, email address. |

Works should be sent in electronic format
with the text typed in software Word for Windows (Extension RTF) |

|
Citations and bibliographical references. Reference
citations in the text and the final reference list should be presented
in the format of the American Psychological Association (A.P.A.): |

a) |
When the last name of the author forms part
of the text narrative, only the year of publication is included
in parenthesis.
Example: González (2001) studied the relationship between…
|

|
|
| |
b) |
When the last name and the date of publication
do not form part of the text narrative both elements, separated
by a comma, are included in parentheses.
Example: The study of the relationship between politics and language
(González, 2001) opened up a new perspective.

| |
c) |
When the date and the last name form part
of the sentence, parentheses are not used.
Example: In 2001 González studied the relationship between
politics and language… |

d) |
If there is more than one work/article by
a single author that appears in the same year, citation will include
a letter in sequential order following the year of publication.
Example: (González, 2001a, González, 2001b, etc.).

|
| Bibliographical references in the final list should
be in alphabetical order and year of publication in the case of
more than one work by the same author. |
| |
|
|
| Journals: |
Last name of each author, first name, year
of publication, title of work, name of the journal (in italics),
volume, initial-final pages of the article.
Example: González, Manuel. (2000). Politics and language.
Acta Literaria, 27, 21-26).

|
|
| Books: |
Last name of each author, first name(s),
year of publication, title of book (in italics), edition, volume,
chapter, city where it was published, name of the publisher.
Example: González, Manuel. (2001). Theory of the Sign (2ª
edic, vol II). Concepción, Chile: University of Concepción.

|
| All of the citations in the text of the work should
appear in the final reference list and those in the final list should
appear in the text. |

|
System of refereeing and selection
of articles. The articles that are received will be submitted
for consideration to the Editorial Board. In conflictive cases
where contradictory evaluations exist, members of the Advisory
Board will be called on to resolve the problem. |

Author notification. The
reception of the work will be notified and, later, if the work
has been selected by the Editorial Board for publication. |
| |

|
Order of publication of the works.
The order of publication for articles is up to the criteria
of the Director. |
